This position is responsible for directing and managing the organization’s financial accounting functions and for providing financial information and analysis to assist management and others. Most recent salary history is REQUIRED for consideration for this position.
Staff Accountant
- GL journal entries, account analyses.
- Accounts Payable function for multiple companies, including invoice analysis, coding, check runs, vendor maintenance/relationships.
- Daily deposits and receipt analysis.
- Corporate AMEX analysis and related entries/reconciliations.
- Employee expense report processing including coding, review of support, adherence to company expense policy.
- Billing for multiple companies and reconciliations with third party statements.
- Preparing and sending out customer statements and follow-up collections procedures.

- Flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast paced growing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and pro-activeness and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Quickbooks extremely helpful.
